Exhibitor Load-In/Load-Out

• Exhibitor Load-In: Monday, November 7 – 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  Expo will be open from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm on Tuesday, November 8
• Exhibitor Load-Out: Wednesday, November 9 — at the conclusion of the conference
  Expo will be open from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm on Wednesday

Exhibit Information

• Each exhibit space includes an 8’ table, 2 chairs, and electricity.
• Wi-Fi is included
• HB AV Equipment Order form

Shipping

If you choose to ship your booth items in advance of the conference, the Iowa Events Center will begin accepting shipments no earlier than Thursday, November 3rd at 8:30 am. Each exhibitor shipment will be charged $1.74 per pound for material handling which includes the receiving of the freight, storing it, delivering to the booth, storing the empties during the event, and then holding until picked up.. All packages must be addressed as follows:


All return shipments will require a return label affixed to the package/freight and pick-ups will need to be scheduled within Iowa Events Center business hours. There is NOT an onsite UPS or FedEx location at the convention center. Please have all return labels printed and pre-arranged for pickup before you leave the convention center on Wednesday.
